The breakups: When you get dumped, it doesn't hit you until you see that person again and realize that they are not yours anymore. That feeling or sadness and emptiness hits you hard and all you can do is curl up in a ball of blankets, watch sad movies and hate yourself. The first step to dealing with this is to find your friends, not those that are friends with your ex (because they might turn on you and stand up for your ex when really it’s you who needs the support), you need friends who are close to you and have stuck by you throughout the whole relationship because they will be the ones to pick you up again…got that person in mind?...Plan a girls night, this is your only opportunity to binge out on chocolate, ice cream, chips and lollies, and you need to watch movies! From Scary ones and comedy ones, to soppy sad love stories and romantic ones! The sad ones will allow you to cry, whether it is for you lost love or for the movie, and the comedy ones are to make you laugh and forget about them!

Breakup Movie Musts:
-          The Notebook (uhm Duh!)
-          Walk to Remember (for all your tears to be washed away)
-          Charlie St Cloud (ZAC EFRON!)
-          Safe Haven
-          The Jerk Theory
-          So Undercover
-          Pitch Perfect!!! (Aca-Awesome movie. See what I did there…)
-          Leap Year
-          Letters to Juliet
-          She’s The Man (CHANNING TO THE TATUM)
-          And SO MANY MORE! Just Pick your favorite movies

There is really no cure to a breakup, you just need the time to heal, so stalk new boys (I honor thee with the permission to do so), and have fun with your friends because you WILL be able to pick yourself up again!

The haters: Haters annoy me, like seriously do they have nothing better to do? Well the only solution to a hater on the internet is to block them, report them and ignore them. 3 easy steps! Haters are the jealous people of the world and they want to either be like you or want to put you down so they can feel good about themselves. The best way is to not let any of it get to you and focus on all the positive comments because for every hater, there are a million people who are nice and loving and they are your kind of people!

The judgmental friend: When you have a Judgmental girl at your school or even a judgmental friend it is really hard being yourself around them because you easily feel that they are constantly judging you by what you wear, what you look like, maybe even what you sound like and it is pretty impossible not to feel insecure about yourself. To me, these people are bullies because they do have a tendency to talk about you behind your back like “Oh my god, did you see how much makeup she was wearing, she’s such a sl*t” When really makeup is probably the only thing that is letting her get up in the morning and go to school feeling confidant, and even that, she probably wasn't wearing that much makeup as well. I think that anyone who is mean to anyone all relates back to the fact that they are jealous of you which means there is nothing you can do about it because all girls are judgmental of one another, however some girls take it to a whole new level which is where you can either a) ignore the girl because you are better than that (If this girl is just some mean girl and is not really a friend) or b) If the person is a close friend of yours, you need to talk to them and tell them that its rude and its hurting a lot of people’s feelings because then they might understand and stop the amount of judging things that they say and if they don’t, it might be time to let that friend go.

The best friends: When best friends fight and each choose friends to be on their side and your just there, stuck in the middle, is probably one of the hardest things to deal with because you know that you can loose on friend or both friends altogether. So your job is to be the peacemaker and solve everyone’s problems which are a pain in everyone’s ass.

The Peacemakers Guide to solving fights in Friendship

Step 1: Actually find out what the fight is about and get both sides of the stories.

Step 2: See what facts match up and what facts don’t

Step 3: Talk to friends about the situation, so basically interrogate them on what they know and whose fault they think the fight was.

Step 4: From all the information gathered, you should know what the fight is about and now it’s time to solve it!

Step 5: If it is over a guy, tell them that they should never fight over a guy and loose a friendship over because it will be a massive mistake and part of the girl code: Hoe’s Over Bros!

Step 6: If it’s over lies and just bitchiness, that’s just girls and you can either a) trick them into meeting up to solve their problems themselves or b) Sit down with them BOTH, and say that they have been friends for too long to lose a friendship over.

Step 7: If Steps 5 and 6 don’t work then maybe they were never good friends in the first place and this was bound to happen sooner or later, it sadly comes down to your decision of deciding who you think is a better friend that will be by your side always, and if none of them come in mind, find another group of friends that you like as well!

The Parentals: Parents trying to control is the worst thing imaginable, because in most cases you’re the one who likes to control your own self. Your temper rages when you have to repeat things a billion times and you can’t help but talk back because you believe you are right. The only advice that I can give anyone who has annoying parents is just act yourself, just don’t get too angry or mean, because in the teenage years it’s all about finding yourself and your allowed to yell and get mad, but when you’re older you will learn to appreciate you parents, these things just take time.

Just don’t do drugs. Or hang out with people who are on the wrong tracks of life.

Picture this. It’s a hot, sunny day and you want to wear something comfy, cute, hot and the latest in summer fashion.  You want an outfit that’s perfect for the beach, movies, lunch, shopping and everything in-between by just changing one item or none!

Top: Ok so this top is so cute, it has those slits on the side so you probably should wear a bandeau  underneath, or if you are going to the beach, a bikini is fine!  I also love the print on the shirt, because social butterfly is such a cute way of saying you’re really social! Cost: $40

Shorts: Firstly, this pink floral print is stunning and immediately says FLIRTY! I purchased these shorts from Ally for about $25, so they weren’t too expensive though still are pretty pricey. However they are really well made, so they aren’t going to rip or loose colour over the years.  (This is actually my favourite item of clothing! So I would definetly recommend a pair of these shorts or ones with similar style!)

Shoes: These shoes are to die for! It is made up of soft, real leather, a little heel and the comfiest padding for your feet so they won’t ache! They are from Laspampas, which is a brand of shoes, but the store in which I got them was from Aldo.

Accessorise: When pairing accessories with this outfit, keep the jewellery light (so just a few bracelets) and a statement headband! Keeping the floral theme, the headband is obviously floral which I purchased from Sportsgirl for one $9.95! The colours match with the pink on the shorts, giving this outfit a cute, wow factor to make anyone jealous!

I absolutely love this outfit! Its Sexy, fun, and flirty and prefect for a day out and about!

Thank you for reading! I hope you’s all have a lovely day! And if you like this outfit, COMMENT below and tell me what you think and if you’ll be wearing something this like when you hang out with your friends!
That’s all Folks!

So we all know that once you get a pimple, zit, and blemishes (or whatever you want to call it) it won’t be your last one and although in some cases, you can’t get rid of them forever, however you are able to CONTROL and limit the amount of acne!

I, myself have suffered from bad skin since grade 6, which is pretty much every girls nightmare and I haven’t actually bothered putting effort into getting clear skin until last year when I knew that enough is enough and I didn’t want to feel insecure about my skin anymore, so I decided that I would put the effort and love that my skin deserved. So the first step on your road to clear skin is PUT IN THE EFFORT! Because you never know that this might be the last time you actually see your blemishes for a long time.

Ok food time! We all know that we gotta eat, but some foods are actually better for your skin than others as well as allowing you a healthy diet for a healthy body. That doesn’t mean that you can’t eat chocolate or donuts, because who are we kidding, nothing is going to stop us from eating our fave sugar sweets.

Foods to EAT/DRINK!

♥ AVACADOS! They help prevent dry skin, brittle hair and nail, as well if applied directly to the skin they can hydrate the skin!

♥   GREEN TEA! Green tea contains polyphenols which is an antioxidant that is proved to help the human body, made purely of organic substances.

♥ GET NUTTY! Eat those almonds, Brazil nuts! By eating these nuts, this will reduce the inflammation of your skin that can occur from acne!

♥   You need your VITAMIN C! Oranges, tomatoes, strawberries are all proved to limit the acne scarring and help protect your skin.

♥   Keep Hydrated! No, that doesn't mean soft drink! You need water, water, and more water!! You should opt for at least 7 glasses a day; this will keep your skin hydrated and glowing. Also if you don’t really drink water that much, try eating watermelons or cucumbers because they will release the toxins from your body.

♥   Omega-3? YES PLEASE! Omega-3 food such as salmon and walnuts allow your skin that healthy glow that you know you want.

♥   If you have hormonal acne, try foods that are high in magnesium, such as figs, brown rice and oat meal, because this helps balance out those acne hormones.

And guys, I know this is going to be hard but those delicious ‘white’ foods like white bread, rice, flour, fries and mashed potato are BAD for your skin! So is refined sugar, because if you consume a lot you will find that you will breakout a hell of a lot more which is not what you want!

Products!

When choosing your skincare product see if they contain salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide (this helps disinfect the infected skin) because these acids help dry up acne. My top choice for products that contain benzoyl peroxide is PROACTIVE by Rodan and Fields. I wasn’t sure at first about trying this product because I thought it was just another infomercial that wants you to buy their crappy product…but it wasn’t…Proactive has literally been a lifesaver and I would definetly recommend it, however, Proactive doesn’t suit all skin types and might cause irritation. Other products available are those prescribed by your dermatologist, or those of the Clearasil Brand.

Also keep in mind that when washing your face, scrubbing and rubbing WILL irritate skin and increase the oil production, and you don’t want that! Be gentle with your skin and wash your face gently! When choosing a moisturiser, it’s safe to stick with oil-free moisturiser even if you have dry skin because oil-free moisturiser does not clog pores! Some products include Neutrogena’s oil-free moisturiser.

When it comes to clogging pores, make up is your biggest enemy! Choose foundations that have a matte finish (Stay Matte RIMMEL Foundation) as well as oil free so it won’t clog your pores during the day. If you have dry skin and the oil-free products are worse for you, opt for natural products, my favourite organic brands are Almay, Neutrogena and Aveeno.

*REMEMBER*

Face wipes are important (I use the Johnson’s Face Wipes) ! By removing your makeup each night, you have limited the amount of breakouts already! Also, try buying face wipes that contain tea tree oil because tea tree oil can control blemishes to a great degree.

How dare you!

If you want to get your clear skin and keep it constant, be gentle with your skin, if products are starting to cause inflammation, itching and are harsh on your skin, STOP! Try finding a product that does suit your skin, it might take a while but it will be worth it! (I have been through so many brands that didn’t give me any good results so I have been changing products almost every month until last year when I finally settled on my proactive).

This may come as a surprise, but don’t wash your face with soap! This is because soap actually dries your skin more and your skin immediately produces more oil which is bad. Soap also contains ingredients that clog your pores so when washing your face, try scrubs.

One thing you must never do, even though it is so tempting (believe me, I know). Never ‘pop’ a pimple because if you pop a pimple and it bleeds, it will leave a long-term scar and actually make your skin worst.
Everyone tries this but in fact it is the biggest NO-NO you can do to your skin. Never treat a pimple with an ice cube or heat because this will cause inflammation of the skin and actually make your skin worst.

Ok last but not least, don’t touch your face because bacteria-which causes pimples-can be transmitted from your fingers to your face. Also stay out of the sun! I went to the doctors because I also suffer from Bacne (I know, eww) and she said that even though people think the sun is good for you, it’s not. The sun irritates dries, inflames and damages the skin which will ruin your clear skin and cause more acne and scarring. If you are in the sun, use sun cream because not only is it good for your skin, it benefits to your health.

Thank you for reading! I really, really hope this has helped you and that you learnt something new. Remember, if you have acne whether its cystic or just the occasional pimple, you are not alone and it can be controlled so YOU can have that beautiful glowing skin like Miranda Kerr, Blake Lively and many more!
